What is our Exchange Policy?

In the event of Manufacturer Defect:

* A replacement is to be issued.

* Customer will have to inform Shoes By Flora  within 72 hours after receipt of package in order to get a replacement. 

* Customers will have to provide pictures of defective area. 

* Items can be returned within 10 days of receipt of your shipment, Please allow 2 to 5 Business days for the next steps on your return request.

* Items must be in original condition, not worn, and must be in original packaging and in sell-able condition.

* Pictures must be provided of product in original pack. 

* If the returned items are found damaged or defective, the Item will be sent back to you at a delivery cost.

* Decline Request: Any request outside specified time period will not be accepted. Items which are bought at sales price are not eligible to apply for return.

How do I return?

* You will get a confirmation email with the shipping guidelines once the return request is approved.

How soon will I get my exchange?

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your request for exchange..

If you are approved, then your exchange will be processed, and delivery will be processed. Depending on the reason for the exchange, you may be asked to pay for the delivery of the exchanged item.

I received the wrong item.

* If you receive a wrong item please contact us within 3 days of your delivery date and provide us with the order number.

Returns received in any of the following conditions may be rejected:

* Items not in original condition, missing accessories, or showing obvious misuse not due to Shoes by Flora error.

* Physical user damage or error. 

Are there any charges for return?

* You will be charged return shipping cost and a 5% handling fee on the returned products, unless the product is defective.

* You are responsible for the charges of the return shipping, unless you have received the wrong item. Please provide pictures so we may accommodate and process your return request.
